Wearable Arts

The Wearable Arts was really cool. There was lots of cool costumes that people had made out of all sorts of things like metal and handcuffs. After we had a look around all the costumes we went back to the classroom we had to make a headwear that looked really cool mine had a lot of holes in ti to make it look cool. We all had a lot of fun at the wearable arts and we really enjoyed ourselfs can't wait till the next wearable arts.

Market day

On Friday the 13th was market day. All the students had been creating their products for market day so they could sell then for gong which is our socitey money that we created so market day would be as real as possible for the students.We had to earn our gongs by working in a busness we even had to take out loans to start up our busnesses. My job was working in the bank as a teller I got to give out loans and do bank cards. On Market day I brought a mask, three bookmarks, a wire stick man, a couple of milkshakes.Market day was very fun all the students brought and sold products and I really wish I could be there for the next one in two years time.

Ski Trip

Yesterday room 7 went skiing,snow boarding and sledding in the snow at Whakapapa Ski Fields. It was my first time being around snow and the first time skiing I was a bit nervous at first and I am afraid of heights so I didn't do a lot of skiing or go on the ski lift so I stayed by our bags and made snowballs while I waited for everyone to finish their lessons with the instructors. When it was time to leave we had a quick photo before we left we had to throw a snow ball at the camera my dad was holding the camera so he got hit by the snowballs that we threw.
